Kirtan, Yoga and MeditationEvery Saturday morning at Flourish Sanctuary, we welcome you to KYM — a nourishing three-hour journey of Yoga, Meditation, and Kirtan. From 9am to 12pm, each one-hour session is designed to support your body, mind, and spirit, guided by experienced facilitators in a serene natural setting.
Start your morning with Yoga at 9am, led by GuruDev, whose gentle but deep practice opens the body and awakens energy. At 10am, drop into stillness with Jagad, who guides a meditation practice that brings calm and clarity. Then, at 11am, lift your heart in song with Bodhi, whose soulful Kirtan invites devotion and joy through sacred sound and chant. You are welcome to come for one, two, or all three sessions. Each class is offered by donation, with a suggested contribution of $10 per session — though no one is turned away for lack of funds. At midday, we gather together for a warming cup of Chai, a time to connect, reflect, and enjoy the peaceful energy we’ve cultivated. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or simply curious, KYM Saturdays are an open door to community, practice, and presence. Come as you are. All are welcome. |
