Meals are available to festival attendees, on the 30th and 31st of December, for lunch and dinner. Meals are $25 each or just $95 for all four meals. If you would like to request a meal please complete the food ordering form (below) by the 24th of December 2023 so that our caterer can buy fresh ingredients and prepare your food. We will email you, requesting payment after we receive your request. We have provided a range of meal options as we are unable to cater for specific dietary needs and keep the food at a reasonable price.

Middle Eastern Soul Bowl
Middle Eastern spiced sweet potato, red lentil and quinoa bites, roast veg (cauliflower, beetroot, carrot) and spinach salad with dried figs, cranberries, orange pomegranate dressing, toasted walnuts, almonds and hummus. Mediterranean Quinoa Salad Quinoa with roast eggplant, roast sweet potato, capsicum, mushrooms, grilled zucchini, basil, olives, sundried tomatoes, caramelised onion, garlic, lemon, olive oil. Topped with toasted seeds. Thai Tofu Larb Tofu mince with ginger, lemongrass, galangal, garlic, toasted rice, chilli, lime, tamari. Served with herb and greens salad. Greens and Feta Frittata Frittata made with local free range eggs, organic greek yoghurt, kale, zucchini, broccoli, rosemary, garlic, feta, cheddar. Served with salad, dolmade and beetroot, spinach and fennel salad. As much as we can ingredients are sourced from organic and local suppliers. All meals are gluten-free and vegan apart from the Greens and Feta Frittata is still gluten-free but contains eggs and feta. We aim for the meals to yummy and nutritious. |
